I can't thank you enough for introducing us to your wonderful olive oils when we met at the Sutton covered market a week or so ago. You took the time to walk us through each glorious bottle, sharing your knowledge and allowing us to taste each one. Making up our minds was not easy - we would have bought them all. We decided on the Kritsa and the DeCarlo Torre di Mossa. The Kritsa has become our everyday olive oil. We just love its versatility, it is not at all overpowering, it just makes everything taste better. The DeCarlo, which has more bite, is like liquid gold. Thank you also for suggesting we visit the recipe section on your website! So far we have made the farinata and the Meyer lemon & olive oil cake, two lovely new additions to our recipe collection.
