The ortice olive's fine reputation goes back 1000 years. Today the Romano family has created an oil rich in hints of fresh cut grass, and tomato leaf. The oil is fresh tasting and while full and strong it is still very well balanced. It would pare well with BBQ meats, hard mature cheeses, casseroles and bean soups and salads.
